It’s rare to find a company that could design-build your dream home, sell your dream in one year with a 50% profit and then leverage those funds to work with the same company to help you find, broker, and purchase a new lot, in the same area, and then start over to design-build your next home. However, I did! And that company is Marlow Construction.

We would have never thought we would be taking such a journey with Marlow three (3) years ago, but it was a natural evolution. What’s more important was the trust and confidence we acquired with Marlow which in turn reduced in our mind the risk and knowing we would see the reward.

We are now in the process of design-build our 2nd dream home with Marlow. What we like most is the fact that we already have a starting point. We know what we like, we know what “tweaks” to make, and we know we are going to enjoy going through this again with Marlow.

We will see you on the “flip” side and who knows and we hope, we will “rinse and repeat.
