Quinn Marlow
Founder & CEO
Quinn Marlow is a resident of Carolina Beach NC and is the president and licensed general contractor for Marlow Construction LLC.
Quinn Marlow is licensed through the National Association of State Contractors Licensing Agencies (NASCLA), which is recognized in 17 states. He holds an unlimited license for both residential and commercial projects. Quinn is also a North Carolina licensed real estate agent and provides a competitive advantage in the real estate industry. Quinn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Culinary Arts Management from the Art Institute of Washington and a Master of Business Administration from Argosy University. Quinn’s vast hospitality and business backgrounds bring an edge to the construction field that allows him to relate and communicate with his clientele on a personal level.
Marlow Construction’s team is comprised of experts in designing and building unique homes in Southeastern North Carolina including Wilmington, Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, Hampstead, Topsail, and Burgaw.
Marlow Construction builds long-term relationships with clients, partners, subcontractors, and colleagues based on trust, collaboration, and most of all, respect.
Hart Marlow
Architect
Hart Marlow is a Registered Architect in North Carolina and an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Pratt Institute School of Graduate Architecture and Urban Design in Brooklyn, New York. At Pratt, Hart serves as the Core Studio Coordinator for the Graduate Master of Architecture Program.
Hart has previously taught at New York College of Technology, The University of Pennsylvania, Cornell University, Tulane University, and The Architectural Association Visiting Schools in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. Hart received his Master in Architecture from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from Louisiana Tech University.
Jillian Livingston
Controller
Jillian has been with Marlow Construction since the beginning of our substantial growth. She has been an anchor to our financial success and handles all of our finance communications and operations. Jillian is a full- time resident of Raleigh NC and loves living in a big city environment. Previously a resident of Wilmington NC she is versed in what the community has to offer and loved living at the beach which helps her relate to our geographical understanding of construction.
Cheryl Piner
Structural Engineer
Cheryl is the structural engineer for Marlow Construction and has worked with Marlow since our start in residential home construction. Cheryl is a trusted asset to our company with her vast experience in civil and structural engineering. Cheryl Piner received a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Structural Engineering from North Carolina State University. Cheryl also holds a system and method patent that is industry related. Before forming Lat 34 Engineering as the sole owner, Cheryl was a project manager and engineer for NC State Ports Authority, RMF Engineering, and Tyndall Engineering and Design. Lat 34 Engineering's experience includes years of engineering a wide spectrum of projects including coastal and residential structures, home modifications, historic renovations, industrial plants, utility tunnels and structures, and completing numerous inspections across the nation.
Chiaki Ito
Real Estate Attorney
Chiaki Ito is a well-known real estate attorney who practices law in southeastern North Carolina. Chiaki received her BA degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her M.Ed. from the University of Guam. Chiaki finished out her diverse education with her Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina. Chiaki has been a sole practitioner in downtown Wilmington and Carolina Beach for over 25 years. Not only does Chiaki have a love for real estate law, but she also has multiple successful hobbies including producing theatre, music directing shows, and competing regularly in dog agility events on the national stage with her rescue dog, Ann Perkins.
Kaelyn Phillips
Project Cordinator
Kaelyn is the air traffic controller for Marlow Construction. She provides support to our operations managers and field staff. She is also our client coordinator, who organizes all our custom home packages. She is a full time resident of Wilmington NC and originally from Connecticut. She has a background in film production and project site management. Her background provides a unique outlook on our site and client management process.
Tom Phillips
Senior Project Manager
Tom is head of operations for Marlow Construction. He has over 20 years experience in high end luxury custom home construction. He has constructed homes with multi million dollar build budgets. Tom has worked for Marlow Construction for three years and has brought a level of excellence that is unmatched in the region. He provides detailed direction to our field supervisors and staff.
