The Look Out is specially designed for this lot with a bend in it to meet the property's maximum building foot print. It is 25 feet on its north side and 22 feet on its south side.

This home was built for another one of our repeat clients. This home takes full advantage of its unique lot shape. With multiple living spaces, indoor and outdoors. The home features a modern design with ocean views captured only with its unique design and window placement. It was designed to host the clients large family and ten grand children. It is the perfect beach home in Carolina Beach.

The Augusta
One of our favorite homes for sale on Augusta ave in Carolina Beach NC. The home boasts five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms with an oversized garage. The house sits on a prominent oversized corner lot allowing for the primary suite to be located on the ground floor with all the entertainment space. The home has a chef's kitchen and pantry. With four story's all over looking the lake and ocean, this home is named after our client's. They spared no expense to create the most magical rental experience in Carolina Beach NC.
