The Look Out
The Look Out is specifically designed for this unique lot, incorporating a subtle bend in its plan to maximize the allowable building footprint. The structure measures 25 feet along its north side and 22 feet along its south side, responding precisely to site constraints while maintaining spatial efficiency and architectural clarity.
The Lositos
This residence was designed and constructed for one of our valued repeat clients, reflecting a continued trust in our integrated approach to design and development. The home fully capitalizes on its uniquely shaped lot, using strategic massing and spatial organization to maximize both functionality and views. Casa Blanca offers 2,300 square feet of conditioned living space, complemented by an additional 400-square-foot semi-detached office and pool house. This ultra modern California style beach house was designed to create a compound on a small lot with a roof top hot tub and terrace. It includes a pool and private dog run in the back yard. This 1750 sqft home with the primary suite off the kitchen checks all the boxes for efficient living. Because of its creative design, we where able to fit all the clients wants and needs into this property. The home has total privacy from the backyard because of its elevated lot.
The Monroe
With nearly three thousand square feet of living space and a three car garage. This home has many features. A large kitchen with additional bar and butler pantry. This four bedroom six bathroom home is an entertainment machine. The oversized lot has a heated salt water pool and a spacious yard for kids or dogs to play.
The Blue Lagoon
This home is one of the most customized homes we have in our speculative home portfolio. It shows that we can do anything a client requests to make it their dream home. It has 3200 sqft of heated living space and a 35ft pool with hot tub completes the backyard oasis. The home is structurally engineered and with its whole home generator and 500 gallon propane tank, you can out last any storm.

This Beach house is a five bedroom four and a half bath 2900 sqft plan with elevator and three stories. There is tons of storage incorporated into this design including a conditioned surf board room. With over 1000 sqft of outdoor living and entertainment space, this house is fully engineered, and checks all the beach house vibe boxes.
