This portfolio reflects just some of our 70+ homes we have built and sold. We allow our buyers to buy early and customize our homes to fit there every need. Our homes are structurally engineered, and built above local building code. This allows our customers to have a home they know will stand the test of time.
The Blue Lagoon
This home is one of the most customized homes we have in our spec home portfolio. It shows that we can do anything a client requests to make it their dream home. With 3200 sqft of heated living space. A 35ft pool with hot tub completes the back yard oasis. The home is structurally engineered and with its whole home generator and 500 gallon propane tank you can weather any storm.
The Pinfish
Each town home has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. With 10 foot ceilings on the 2nd floor and 9 foot ceilings on the ground floor. The entire home feels elevated and bright. We have designed side entrances into this model that allow each homeowner to maximize their privacy. This home offers a total of 1550 sqft of heated space with a front covered terrace and 1 car garage.
The Pinfish Corner
Our flagship design has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms in each unit. Ground floor outdoor living space and terraces on the second floor, these can become a rental machine or a wonderful second home. Each unit has a family room on the ground floor with living, kitchen, and dinning upstairs. Each unit has a total of 1650 sqft of heated space with a 1 car garage.
Beach Front Towers
With a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms these town homes have 2600 heated sqft. Access the 5 story units through their private elevators. Roof top oasis's are designed to not disappoint. They feature amazing ocean views with close proximity to the beach access. You can use these types of homes as fantastic rental property's with proven track records.
Canal Town Homes
These units offer private roof decks and six private decks. It is easy to find a space to relax ether with friends and family or alone. The home has 2500 sqft of heated space, 5 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms. Each unit has a private elevator and outdoor shower. These units are unique because you can access the roof deck through a switch back staircase instead of an unconventional spiral staircase. They have panoramic views of the ocean and the sound because of their 50ft height they tower over the neighbors.
The Sumter
With close to three thousand square feet of living space and a two car garage. This home has many features. The primary suite is located on the ground floor off the large kitchen with additional bar. This four bedroom 5 bathroom home is an entertainment machine. The oversized lot allows for a yard big enough to have a 35ft pool.
